Write to editor@footballrise.com. A reply usually takes a few working days; there is no telephone line and no live chat.

What we can help with

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If an entry describes a hotel inaccurately, has missed a change of ownership or a closure, or gets a detail of the building or setting wrong, tell us what is wrong and we will check it and amend the page.

Suggestions for properties that belong in one of the four categories are also welcome, as are notes from hotels themselves about facilities that have changed.

What we cannot help with

This site takes no bookings, holds no reservations and has no access to any hotel's availability, rates or guest records. It is not an agent for any property listed. If you need to reserve a room, change a reservation, ask about a deposit or resolve a problem with a stay, contact the hotel directly — those messages cannot be actioned here and are best not sent to us at all.

We also do not accept payment, in any form, for inclusion, placement or wording.
